Step 1: Fill out the registration form.
Step 2: Submit your abstract.
Step 3: Notification of abstract acceptance.
Step 4: Submit the full-length paper.
Step 5: Pay the registration fees.

Students: ₹ 1,500/-
DAE Officials: ₹ 1,700/-
Engineers, Scientists, Academicians, and Others: ₹ 3,000/-
Professionals from Industry: ₹ 5,000/-
Industry Participation Fees: ₹ 20,000/- (Includes one stall of size 2 m × 2 m
and two free registrations)

Step-1: Fill out the registration form
Step-2: Submit the abstract
After completing the registration form above, please email your abstract to submission@idset.in. A sample template and guidelines for the abstract submission is available for download [here]. Please ensure your abstract follows the provided format and guidelines for a smooth submission process.
Step-3: Acceptance of abstract
After a brief review of your abstract, a notification regarding its acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding email address provided during registration. Please ensure that the email address is accurate and actively monitored to avoid any communication delays.
Step-4: Submission of full-length paper
After acceptance of abstract, please submit the full-length paper via email to submission@idset.in. Please follow the ‘GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT AND FULL-LENGTH PAPER SUBMISSION‘ and ensure compliance with the citation, referencing styles, and formatting as per the BARC Newsletter. You can access the newsletter here. Also ensure that your submission does not exceed the 20 MB limit.
Step-5: Pay the registration fees
Upon acceptance of your full-length paper, please proceed to pay the registration fees according to your category. Ensure that the payment is completed within the specified deadline to confirm your participation. After making the payment, kindly share a transaction receipt or screenshot via email to submission@idset.in for verification.
